VIULearn is Vancouver Island University’s learning management system for online courses. Many VIU faculty use VIULearn to enhance face-to-face classroom experiences, offer blended learning opportunities, or teach fully-online courses.
It is important to remember that not all faculty use VIULearn for their courses. This means that you may not see all of the courses you registered for in VIULearn. If you are ever concerned about your course registration, please check your student record.

Step 5: Accessing the VIULearn Orientation Course

There is information on how to communicate with your instructors. The course is freely available, with no cost to you, and takes about an hour to complete.
