If you are on a waitlist and a seat becomes available to you prior to the first day of the semester, you will automatically be registered in the class. 

The waitlist procedure changes during the first six days of the semester.

1.  For the Fall 2018 semester, you must check your online student record each day from Tuesday, September 4, 2018 to Tuesday, September 11, 2018.

2.  For the Spring 2019 semester, you must check your online student record each day from Monday, January 7, 2019 to Monday, January 14, 2019.

3.  If a seat becomes available for you, it will be “Held” temporarily. You can claim your held seat that day online or in person at the Registration Centre.

4.  If you do not claim the seat you will be removed from the waitlist.

Remember to drop waitlisted courses if you are no longer interested or you may be charged for them.

To claim a seat using your Student Record, login and click on "Course Enrolment History" on the left side menu. There will be a "Claim Seat" button. When you click it, you will be taken to the Web Registration page where you must click "Submit Changes" at the bottom of the page.
